Something in my mouth
Dad got home late again, sure wish mom would hurry home, she is much better at keeping our blog up to date.
Louie and his favorite ball, loves bringing it back for a good throw .......
Gus on the other hand is a ball hog, never likes giving it up .......
Callie doesn't much care for the ball, but ask Marley about biting her tongue

Gus the Watch Dog
As you can see in the following photo's, Gus is the perfect watch dog, he sits and WATCHES dad cook. In looking at these photo's, dad is reminded of one of his favorite series of Road Runner cartoons with Ralph the Wolf and Sam the Sheep Dog. Gus has the perfect Sam the Sheep Dog stance.
So in honor of Warner Brothers and Wylie E. Coyote, dad has decided to subtitle these photos with a couple of the Latin names given to Wylie E. Coyote.
Here we have the common Eatibus anythingus .............

Louie's Nemesis'
Louis has a nemesis', and although it looks harmless, in Louie's mind a moving garden hose is pure devil spawn. Look closely at the hose end, many battles have been fought by Louie.
Go ahead, make my day ..............

Mom's Away on Business
Mom is away on business, so everyone has to put up with Dad for the week.
We did have fun, Marley came to visit, Louie got some garden hose time in, Gus protected the barbecue, all in all a good weekend, so until Mom arrives home we are stuck with Dad's posts.
Lets start the week with Callie and Marley.
Marley with her eye on the prize ...........

The Proper Way to Chew a Rug...
First you make sure you have all the rugs in the house messed up. Then you put them all in a pile and have your brother lay on them to keep them still. Then roll over on your back, still keeping a hold of the rug. Then just bite in and chew...

Herding Saturday
We got to go herding again today. Lori said I did really well today. I am barking less and I usually know where the sheep are going even if Dad doesn't. That Dad has a lot of training to do to keep up with me.
Louie is still a mess. He usually stands so the sheep can't get away when mom is trying to take them to the next corner. He is really good though. He isn't aggressive so he gets to go with out a lead.. "Sheep treats" are still his number one priority...
Callie was happy just laying in the shade and watching those funny looking animals..

We're Being Good Mom!
We are just giving her kisses Mom. She was being a pest and chewing on us so we wrangled her down and decide to clean her face. You know puppies can get really dirty. Mom really doesn't like it when we do this since it makes her ears and face all crusty..
We aren't going to break her again Mom, we promise...

Pee Mail!
That Callie girl really has adapted having that cast on. This is how she does her business.. Usually she is almost in the splits.
We had her cast replaced on Monday night and Dad thinks they gave her B12 since she goes 90 mph now on three legs. Mom and I feel sorry for Louie because he usually takes the brunt of her bitey face. She usually goes for his legs. Hit him low since she is short...

Me and My Sister..
We talked with Baby Love's Mom last night and she also really appreciates all the comments. She is doing well just having a hard time changing her routine. Baby Love shaped her day.
We have concluded that Baby Love touch us all and will truly be missed. We can't hope but think that she is now whole. Being able to see for the first time and running without worrying about running into things..
We are blessed to have gotten to know you
and spend time with you.

Mom is so sad..
This is truly a very sad day. Louie's sister Baby Love has passed over the rainbow bridge.. Mom is so sad her eyes are leaking all over.. She is having a very hard time helping me with this. Please run on over to Baby Love's page and offer her Mom some words of encouragement. She will be missed by all of us who have grown to love her..

Where are you guys?
We were hiding on mom can you tell? Louie didn't get those huge ears down so mom spotted up. Thanks Louie!!
Another HOT day in Texas. There seems to be no rain in the forecast so I think we will just have to keep going to the lake to cool off...

Let me help!!!
Louie thought he should help with the stick again. He wasn't to interested in helping when it was way out there in the water..
We made it to the lake yesterday after a trip to the vet. She says we are both doing fine but I have to loose a bit of weight.. I am 45 pounds and Louie is 36. The other vet didn't think Louie would get to be more than 35 so I guess I fooled them..
