Let me help!!!
Louie thought he should help with the stick again. He wasn't to interested in helping when it was way out there in the water..
We made it to the lake yesterday after a trip to the vet. She says we are both doing fine but I have to loose a bit of weight.. I am 45 pounds and Louie is 36. The other vet didn't think Louie would get to be more than 35 so I guess I fooled them..

LOL. Louie has a big mouth. He almost look like a wolf.
I am glad that both of you are given clean bills of health. With all the herding, I think you will loose some weight soon, Gus. So dun worry too much about it.

Eek! Louie looks kinda scawie!
That stick looks awesome! It made me drool a little bit! I like to gnaw down on sticks...
As for the weight worry not!! I'm 5 months old and weigh 56 pounds, not overweight...just growing! Those vets don't know anything!maybe you're suppose to grow up to bigger, and they just don't know!
Hope you have a good day!

You're not fat, Gus! You're just big boned plus you're a boy!
Love ya lots,
Maggie and Mitch
It proves my point that the vet does not know everything there is to know.
You two are a little stick crazy.
I'm sure al that playing in the lake all summer will get a few pounds off, no need for diets!

Hey Gus! You and I weigh about the same - and my vet says I'm slightly underweight. Maybe if you say you're a Sibe in a Cattle Dog suit, you won't have to go on a diet or anything!

We absolutely ADORE those open-mouth shots: you look so lovely and fierce at the same time!
Good news on the V-E-T checkup. Did you swim out and get the stick so Louie could play with it Gus? That was nice of you!
Cheers
Charlie
It is so much fun to splash around in the water. You guys look like you are having a great time sharing the stick. Stay cool.
Your friend,
Niamh

Hi Gus and Louie, Did you get to herd this weekend? I sure do hope so-sheep are so much fun!!!
I don't know what to do with sticks! And I've never gone in a lake like you and Louie do all the time-is it fun?
I don't think you need to lose weight!

Playing with the stick in the lake sounds like so much fun!
Walking up the lake and exercise also help you lose weight.

Hi guys, always good to see you at the lake. I wonder what your vet would say for Amy's weight! hmm!

Those silly vets don't know what they're talking about. I think 45 lbs. is a perfect size for Gus!
I love sticks too! That looks like lots of fun!
