Sharing Mom's rug..
Just when Mom thought all her rugs were safe this new little pest shows up and gets Louie interested in tearing them up again. Those 2 like to play tug-a-war with them. Some of them are pretty torn up but Mom says why buy new ones until she is out of this phase..

look at Louie chewing up that rug!!
I think he is going through his second puppyhood!
Oooh bitey rug - what an innovative idea!

That's funny! I think torn up rugs look better anyway. They're one of a kind that way!

Callie is really cute, but she needs some doggy discipline since the humans (like mine) never seem to discipline anything cute.
Misty the alpha Poodle
Yeah, but you guys are so cute - how could anyone get upset with you!?!?

We, when we were young, used to play 'Bite the Blanket'. If a blanket was hanging off a bed or a chair, one of us would get on either side and bite at each other. This was the most fun! Bite the Rug would seem to be almost the same--at least in the end result!! Those 2 red babies look so cute. But we need some pictures of the main 'blue'sman to balance out.

Your mom took a good decision!
No new rugs until those two grow!
Mmmmm.... I hope she get new ones some day!

Hey, Mum is not being fair!!! I remember that mum used to say that the rugs are cheap and she can get new ones when Louie was playing with them. She should go buy some more for Callie to play with too.

That Callie sure is fun to get into trouble with. When Mia & Daisy were puppies I called them "the perpetrator and the lookout". You may a similar situation on your hands. Can't wait to see the family Sunday.
What a great game of tug of war!

Oh those two are so cute together. I can't get over that.
Hope it's just a phase though. Funny that LS still has all her rugs removed whenever she leaves me home alone. Think she doesn't trust me?
Yeah for a fun game. :)
I hope your mom dont mind. hee

Your mom is right! Mitch is still busy destroying all the blankets in his bed and mom says the same thing!
What a cute picture!
Love ya lots,
Maggie and Mitch
Uh oh mom! She's gonna have to keep an eye out with you two tag-teaming her rugs! :)
Love Clover xo
Louie is reverting back to his puppy ways now that callie is in the House! Mom is smart not to get new rugs just yet!!
Velcro
Eh, she can actually go tugging with a broken leg???????
Wow, I'm totally impressed.
Woof, Heelers
Desert Pups here just saying woof and meeting the neighbors. You might as well tell your Mom that you're never gonna be out of that phase. Keiko, one of the Desert Pups, she is a heeler mix and is still out of control at 9 years old. Oh well, Mom uses that as an excuse as to why the house is alway a mess.

Louie & Callie (and Gus too),
I have to tell you my mom thinks you guys are really good lookin' dawgs. Every time she reads your blog she says she's never seen dawgs like you before. I am getting a little jealous!! Louie, how old are you?? Are you still a puppy, just big? I like to tear up paper. If it's where I can get it, I will. I'm a little small for rug tearing though. Sounds like your mom is pretty tolerant which is nice. Mine is too except when I pee mail on her lap top. She doesn't like that... Hope you dawgs have a great weekend!

Humans just don't understand doggy TLC do they!
Cheers

That's smart to wait for a new rug. We are waiting to buy lots of things around here too. Very economical. more money for doggie treats.
