Mom I lost my stick

I lost my stick so I decided to be creative. I thought that if I stood on this log in the middle of the lake I could get closer to it. I could see it but it was just to deep for me. After about 5 minutes of trying to get closer and barking at it it finally floated in so I could grab it. Mom thinks I am one goofy dog but ha it worked...

Look at me!

Wow the lake is great. I was chasing a stick for Mom and I lost it. I know mom threw it but I just can't seem to find it. It has to be here some place. I kept looking but I never found it Mom had to finally throw another stick.
It was nice out here swimming though.. I could spend the entire day here at the lake looking for that lost stick.

Look what I found

While running through the tall weeds I found something really great. Oh ya it may just be a stick to you but to me it is a real prize! This is why I
really love going to the lake. You can never tell what kind of goodies you will find. Dad finds stuff digging in the dirt and all I have to do is look around..

Don't I look comfortable

I am tired of chasing that stick into and water so I have decided that I should just lay here and chew on it for a while.
Doesn't this look like fun? Laying in the soft grass and chewing on my stick. I know I enjoy it.

I found another stick

Look what I found! While at the lake I found another one of those great sticks. I like to chase it but I also like to just lay and chew on it. Mom tries to take it away from me but I just run with it. I will let her know when I am done chewing on it..
Tomorrow is Saturday and I have visions of going to the lake and finding another one of these!!!

Resting after a busy day at the Lake

I had so much fun at the lake I had to take a break. I really like running and playing but I do manage to tire out after an extended amount of running and playing. The sun was so beautiful so I just thought I would bask in it. Mom found me another stick as you can see and I don't let it get to far out of my reach.

Hey look at this stick I found at the Lake. It was quite large but I sure liked playing with it. Mom even had a hard time tossing it for me. Maybe next time we go to the Lake I can even find a bigger stick just to show those sissy dogs up.

Beautiful Day at the Lake

We had a beautiful day in Texas today. Mom said it got to almost 80 degrees. The Lake was just beautiful and the water really wasn't cold at all. I enjoyed fetching the stick for Mom. I even swam today. That was a first for me. It was awesome I didn't know I could do that.
