I want that!

Once again that Louie is trying to steal my toys. It seems that what ever toy I have he thinks I should have it and he takes it. Well the wrestling is about to start. I am the bigger brother so you know I am going to win....
Mom laughed at him again last night. He lost another tooth and this time it was one of his canine ones. He looks so funny when he smiles!

Louie is always rearranging Mom's rugs1

That Louie is such a mess, he is always moving Mom's rugs around and then dragging them up on the couch to chew on them. It seems Mom is always putting the rugs back in their places. Mom and I both hope he soon grows out of this chewing stage.. We can only hope...

Where is the deer?

Dad went hunting while in Wisconsin and Mom and Cousin Baggs saw a buck run by. Well Mom was to excited about seeing the deer in the woods that she got this picture of him. If you look very closely you will see his tail.. Dad just laughed at Mom over this picture... "The one that got away"

Loki is a bad cat!

While in Wisconsin Mom caught MeMaw's cat Loki watching the birds at the bird feeder. She is an indoor cat so all she can do is watch. Mom said she is a bad kitty always jumping on MeMaw's counters and getting in the sink.. MeMaw has a water bottle to squirt her but I think she likes getting wet because she just doesn't seem to learn...

Just a bit of snow in Wisconsin!

Mom and Dad went to Wisconsin so Dad could go deer hunting. Mom was hoping for a lot of snow but as you can see they just had a very small dusting of it the first day they were there. Of course the second day they had sunshine and the snow all disappeared.

Watching the people go by!

We are just watching to see when brother Toph or Sis show up. Louie has to do whatever I do. As you can see he is trying to take over my window seat and my favorite look out!

Today is another cold and rainy day. Since Mom and Dad have came to Wisconsin the weather has been this way.. I think they brought this weather back with them. MeMaw says they have had some snow up there at least we have not seen that although it might be fun to play in!!!

Helping Dad!

Dad was busy shedding yesterday so Louie decided he needed to help. He grabbed his own piece and took off with it.. Mom had to chase him around the house in order to retrieve it. It was quite a sight to watch.

Once Louie gets these he manages to get pieces of paper all over the place and not big pieces but very small ones...

Us and Toph!

Brother Toph decided to give us a little lovin yesterday. Toph was just waiting around for the turkey to come out of the oven but we took advantage of the situation getting our pats in...

We are hoping that today Mom will get out some left over turkey and share with use. Mmmm that was so good....

Happy Turkey Day!

We are watching out the window. Sis is coming up the drive all ready to eat turkey!!! We gave her a very warm welcome at the door.

The turkey is smelling really good this AM. Mom put it in last night before she went to bed. Mom and Sis were also busy yesterday making 2 pumpkin pies and 2 apples pies. Mmmm I sure hope we can eat soon..

See how small that Louie was?

This picture was taken one of the first days we brought that red ball of fluff and teeth home. He sure is growing. I sure hope he doesn't grow up to be bigger that I am!! I think I will still be able to take him though...

I am guessing that Toph took this picture while he was home between classes one day. Louie really thinks that Toph is the man. He gets all excited when Toph comes in the door.. Louie loves to sleep by him or just be close to him....

Our big brother Toph

This is big brother on his Birthday. He got one of those camera's like Mom has. He tells everyone that it is just like Mom's but he doesn't have the big zoom lens that she does. I think he is trying to hint to Mom that he needs one of those for Xmas...

Louie looks so sad!

That Louie has such sad eyes. He doesn't seem to pant as much as I did when I was a puppy. He is getting so big but he still is small enough to be a lap dog. Mom wonders what he will be like when he is full grown. Will he still think he is a lap dog?? I sure hope that Mom has a big enough lap for both of us!!!

P.S. Louie is feeling better, I think that is the last time he eats a cat cookie.

Dad's got us.

We are still at the lake as you can see. Dad has us again. We just checking out all the scenery. We went for another walk with Dad while Mom wandered around taking more pictures...
Today Louie got sick so Mom came home early and we all got a nice little nap. I think Mom needed it as much as we did...

Louie is getting so big!

Look at that Louie he is getting so big. Mom got a picture of me watching Dad dig in the dirt.. It was a beautiful day at the lake.. There was not to many people so it was a very enjoyable day.

Dad's got us.

Mom was busy taking pictures of birds and landscapes and Dad was en charge of keeping us in tow. He did a fine job since Mom had taken us on a very long walk to tire us out.. I think he is pretty talented digging in the dirt and keeping track of us. We do make it a point to keep on eye on Mom, we sure wouldn't want her to get to far away..

I am not sure what the little guy is doing but I think he maybe picking his nose. You know since he doesn't have fingers this is the next best thing... I guess kids will be kids!!!
Mom took us for a very long walk this morning and we have been sleeping all afternoon. I think she was trying to wear us right out and yepper it worked...

We're helping Dad

We went to the Lake this morning and Mom was taking pictures again. She caught us helping Dad dig in the dirt.. Mom took us for a very long walk to tire us out. It worked for me but I don't think it did on Louie he still was wound up when we got back.
While on our walk Mom found a quarter. She didn't even need one of those yellow sticks like Dad has...

My was a big tongue!

My I have a big tongue. All the better to lick dad's toes with. I am really good at licking other body parts too.
Mom says today is like any other day Louie and I am wrestling waiting for Dad to come home. When he gets here we can all go for a very nice walk... I sure hope that Dad gets home soon. Louie is wearing me out....

Herminie and Cousin It

This is Herminie and Cousin It. They are sugar gliders they are also part of the family zoo. Louie and I have to go into our "houses" when Dad gets these 2 out. We also have 3 more but the don't get along with Hermie and It so they usually get to come out first and glide around. The others are called Magenta, Columbia and Francis. Yes Sis likes Rocky Horror Picture Show.

Louie is loosing his teeth!

Louie is so funny looking these days. He seems to be loosing those nasty little baby teeth that are so sharp. Mom and Dad are wondering if he looses all of them how he is going to chew his food!
Dad says he can't help but think of the Monty Python movie the Holy Grail when they say "It's just a bunny!" Dad thinks he will just want his 2 front teeth for Christmas.....

See that Louie thinks he needs to be ahead all the time. Here he is racing me to see who can get to mom first. Of course me being the biggest and oldest brother I beat him... Dad tried to hold him back but I won anyway...

We are so Happy!

Don't we look like we are having a good time? Dad took us for a walk so Mom could take pictures. We were out by the lake so there was lots of birds and people to see. We are still working on out walking without pulling. I think I am doing very well but that Louie always thinks that he needs to be in front. Of course once he gets there he is to busy looking back to see what I am doing...

That Louie thinks that he can take me for a walk. Do you believe him. I could just drag him with me. Such a goofy kid..
We did manage to get to the park without Louie leading me. Of course we had a nice walk. Then we sat with Mom and watched some kids play baseball. I did almost get a foul ball but Mom beat me to it and gave it back.. Darn that ball looked like so much fun..

Look Mom is making cookies?

Mom's stove died a couple of weeks ago and so Mom and Dad went out and bought a new one. She got it last weekend so this weekend we were helping her make cookies. Ya, she made chocolate chip and molasses crinkles.. Dad, Sis and Toph said they were just great but we didn't get any. :0(
This is us waiting for them to finish baking. It is what they call a convection oven so Mom had to try it out. Sis told her she needed to practice more.... I think it is just a ploy to get her to make more cookies!!!!

Everyone is pooped out!

This was the scene after we went to the park on Sunday. Everyone was totally pooped out even Dad. Louie enjoyed laying next to Dad but there just wasn't any room on the couch for me.. Darn that Louie sure is lucky...
Mom was the only one not sleeping but she stayed up and watched the football game so she could inform Dad of the out come when we woke up....

Baby Love Update

This is Suzanne's post of from Baby Loves blog today. Baby Love made it through surgery just fine !!!

"I went to see her this morning. Poor little thing looked like Frankenstein with all her stitches.
They said she was eating & going potty well so she is not on all of the IV's any more. But still on the pain IV. They are taking very good care of her & I get a lot of updates. Just a little sad because she did not seem to acknowledge me. I know she is not herself & on a lot of meds though. They think Sat. she may be able to come home. After seeing her I am a little nervous about the caring for her when she gets home, she looked so delicate & fragile today. I am off next week to care for her though so that makes me feel better."

Texas in Oct.

As you can see the water is still quite high compared to this Spring. These trees are out on sort of an Island. Mom thought it was a rather pretty sight so she just had to take a picture of it. The water to the Island is not to deep for we have seen guys walking over to the Island through the water to go fishing..
We need water but from the looks of this we still have to much.
