Wisconsin and Mom's Christmas Surprise...

Mom had a wonderful surprise today.. Brother Toph said her present would be delivered on the 24th. Well it certainly was. Well it goes like this..
First he sent a picture text of Dad's present then he sent a picture text of Mom's present. Well it was the front of the house.. Mom was so happy she cried and gave him huge hugs.. She says it was the best present she had ever gotten for Christmas.. Maybe tomorrow she will actually get a picture of Toph and us to share...
Merry Christmas Eve everyone. Mom hopes your Christmas is as good as hers..

Vacation Fun..

As you all know we have been off the air for a while. Well we took this really really long ride to Wisconsin in the Heelermobile. 18 hours now that is quite the ride.. We slept most of the time so it seemed like we got there pretty quickly..
Here we are checking out the clover. Well us Heeler's have never tasted clover before so our business was a bit loose the next day.. (TMI Mom)
Here the Red's are free at last after all that time in the truck. Notice no leashes. We were able to go without leashes the entire time we were there. There were so many new smells and so many places to run...
Mom was really proud since we stayed away from the road..
More freedom after the ride..
The 2 Red's enjoyed running. Yes that is a corn field there. Mom will be sure and show you some more pictures of the corn field fun tomorrow..
Mom has lots of great pictures to post from our vacation so she will continue to post throughout the week.. We sure hope you enjoyed our first day.
Army of Four, we were a bit disappointed we didn't see the Kansas Ocean on our way through. Perhaps we need a map..
Norwood we didn't see any frogs but you should hear the tree toads sing. Mom was trying really hard to get a picture of one but they always knew when to shut up..
We better quit now since we aren't known for posting many words..

Where is the deer?

Dad went hunting while in Wisconsin and Mom and Cousin Baggs saw a buck run by. Well Mom was to excited about seeing the deer in the woods that she got this picture of him. If you look very closely you will see his tail.. Dad just laughed at Mom over this picture... "The one that got away"

Just a bit of snow in Wisconsin!

Mom and Dad went to Wisconsin so Dad could go deer hunting. Mom was hoping for a lot of snow but as you can see they just had a very small dusting of it the first day they were there. Of course the second day they had sunshine and the snow all disappeared.

I don't think this is the right weather for riding bikes. The bikes were on the auction but Mom said nobody bought them. I guess the people at the auction did not think it was a good day for riding either.
Mom says the weather has warmed up this week so Uncle Doug will be able to get his corn planted. He only hopes that the people that bought the farm equipment gets it off his field so he can get it done....

What Mom and Dad saw in Wisconsin

Yes it is April! Mom and Dad got some real cold and snowy weather when they were in Wisconsin.
Grandma and Grandpa had an auction and this is what the weather was that day. It was pretty unbelievable so they took pictures. Mom mentioned that it was very cold the entire time that she was there but the snow was beautiful.
Although the weather was bad a lot of people turned out for the auction so we can call it a success.
