Come on Gus lets play..
Ok maybe you want to play to rough...
Louie, I just like to feel this stuff between my toes...
We had a trying day yesterday. The power went out about 7 AM and didn't come back on until 9:30. Of course they called it rolling blackouts because of all the power consumption with the freezing temperatures.. We were told that it would last about 15 minutes. Well they lied. 2.5 hours of course the temp in the house dropped to 63 degrees. Mom was bundled up in quilts and we were doing our best to keep her warm.. After the power did come on we had no cable so Mom and Dad's attempt to work from home didn't work. More blackouts occurred every few hours during the day.. The cable did not return until 10:30 last night..
Tonight we are supposed to get more snow so Mom and Dad will probably attempt to work from home again since the roads are still quite icy..

Probably not the best time to tell you that it's 60 degrees here today.
Oh dear, you are not supposed to have snow and black outs and such. What is going on?

The snow is great but all the problems that it brings are not so much fun. Mom sympathizes with yours - she was quite bundled the other day when we had no hear, just thankful the little ones weren't here too.
Stay warm and safe. We hear we have about three more chances for snow in the next week, but just very light snow.

Too bad about the power...that stinks! Good job to the Heelers for keeping you warm. Or were they trying to keep themselves warm?
Callie, you need to get that Louie moving! He'll get his toes frozen to the ground if he stands there too long. Pester him...do whatever it takes!

Argh! I'm back in dirtville, so freezing right along with you, although I have heat and internet. I think I am going to have some serious readjusting to do! Hoping for warmer, dryer weather, for you!
Try to stay warm and hope the dogs enjoy the snow!
Having no heat is no fun! Stay safe and warm, guys!
