Wow - Looks like Louie had a lot to get off his chest!!
I think it's something like "Why can't I bite off your ear?!?!" But only in a friendly, older-brother, kind of way.
Maybe Louie thinks that if he barks loudly enough Callie will hear him. But we can all understand the body language.
