We both got to herd today. Louie was very mellow when it came to the sheep. He just followed Dad around the big pasture. He did seem like the happiest dog in the world while he was out there..
I am still having issues with trying to chase the sheep. I was doing better though the trainer said that at least on my second turn I didn't bark at them.. We can't wait till next Saturday. We are both sleeping now after our hard days work..

If herding means play-bowing at the sheep and yelling "ha roo roo roo" I'd be good at it. Otherwise... not so much. You guys look awesome!
Play bows,

It's good to see I'm not the only one who gets tired after a hard days work ... but you got to chase sheep !!!! :-)
Good work you two. Herding looks like it's right up your ally.

I'm so excited Louie got to herd today-or at least hang out in the pasture with the sheep!
I understand how hard it is to not bark at the sheep. And chasing them is even harder to stop....but you will!!!
Sorry I haven't visited much-mom is super busy!

I think all dogs need a job. Mine is being handsome 24/7. Just kidding!!
Anyhoo, looks like the word is out over the 'net about BL's surgery!
I think it's great. If everybody gave just a couple of bucks - think how great that would be. Mom is putting her check in the mail Monday!
Hi, friends!
I don't know too much about that herding thing but sure is fun!
Have a good night
Kisses and hugs

We enjoy reading about your herding experiences and seeing the pictures. Sounds like you are both learning fast and your having a great time doing it as well.
