Yum! At least you weren't entering the cheesecake in a beauty contest but I bet it would've won in a taste contest!
I have no suggestions on what to do differently next time seeing as I've never made a cheesecake in my life!
We agree with everyone else, who cares how it looks, as long as it tastes great - and that looks very yummy. Toss some fresh fruit on top and you are good to go. Thanks for sharing.

We've heard mom talk about baking it in a water bath at a gentle temp -- like 325. And grease the pan.
Hope that helps.
Speaking of helping, did you guys get to try it?
Play bows,
Zim
Mom's cheesecakes always get a crack too! It's looks so yummy, guys! Please save us a piece - we'll be right over!
Love ya lots
Maggie and Mitch
I am sure it was delicious!
My grandma agrees with Zim's advice and she also says that maybe a little less mix would help too. All the cheesecakes get inflated and then deflated when they get cold and its at that time that the cracks appear. If the mix is contained in the pan, the cracks will be smaller.
I hope that helps.

mmm... Mom says she would love to eat it all up and the cracks don't matter at all. I would like to eat it up too 'cause I like to eat anything I can get hold of.
Mom said this site might have some answers.
