Diving again.
The little one is at it again. Can you see she sticks her entire head under the water.. Does she think she can breath under there? Not sure what she thinks she will find.
Now what is this? Emerging from the deep?
Now look at the shake she has going there.. Do you think she might have gotten water in those enormous ears of hers? Yes there is a whole lot of shaking going on...

Look at that big stick!
Mom tossed the big stick pretty deep into the water.. Not sure if I want to go get it.. Maybe I will just watch it for a bit. Usually I bark at it, I think that makes it float in a bit closer.. I finally did get up the nerve to swim after it..
Norwood this stick is for you!! I know you will be proud that mom finally featured the Blueman instead of those Reds...

Blueman wins!
She's trying to demonstrate her speed again but as you can see I am winning. Don't get me wrong she is pretty fast but not up against the Blueman..
The weather is getting hot here in Texas again. Sure wish Mom and Dad could be home everyday with us so we could enjoy the lake..

Fun at the lake
Happy Memorial Day everyone..
We had another beautiful day so what does that mean? To the lake of course. We got there early again before all the human showed up.. The water was great for playing with sticks....
Louie even managed to snag one...

How to catch a fish!
This is the proper way to catch a fish. First you have to stick your entire head under the water..
Mill around for a bit..
Second you grab this slimmy thing.. Then Wala
you quickly exit the water with your prize..
(Mom is sorry the picture is blurry but the pest was just to quick for her camera.)
As quickly as you snagged it you run to the shore so your siblings can't jack it from you.. Ya safe on the shore checking out my treasures..

The proper way to grip a stick..
Hey you guys are doing it wrong. You have to get the right angle on the stick...
We didn't make it to the lake yesterday but at 6:30 AM we got Mom up and she caved.. Mom at Dad had a date. That is when Dad stops at Starbucks and gets Mom a coffee and off to the lake we go.. It was a beautiful morning with only a few fishermen out..

My Stick!
I got the stick even though the little one was trying to snatch it from me.. See she is just waiting to swoop in and grab it..
It is getting very dark here right now and Dad isn't home yet. It looks like we aren't going to make it to the lake today.. Darn... Maybe tomorrow..

Look at me!
Callie girl was being silly again. She was bracing herself on a stick while watching Mom was doing..
We can't wait till tomorrow. Dad said he gets off early so we should be able to make it to the lake when he gets home. The weatherman says it is supposed to rain tomorrow but we are hoping he is wrong again....
I want to thank everyone for the Birthday wishes. Finally a Blueman Day!

What is it?
Mom got this picture of Callie or is it Callie? It looks like it could be a bunny rabbit.. There is a red leash it must be Callie! She has the Charlie Daniels ears going there...

I got her Gus!
We had a beautiful day yesterday for a visit to the lake.. As you can see Louie was assisting me with Callie while I grabbed the stick.. It appears he is trying to dunk her like human siblings do... No worries he let her up.

Hey, where is everyone going?
As you can see the Blueman usually leads the way with the Girl trying to catch up and of course then there is Louie who is always stopping to smell the flowers or hunt for tennis balls..
Finally a day without rain although the lake is probably a swamp after all that rain. Maybe it will dry out enough so we can get there later in the day...

Where are you Gus?
We are missing Gus right now. It is raining out and Mom is busy cleaning. How boring huh? We made sure that mom got every place clean. We did have to follow her upstairs multiple times time to make sure she did the laundry just right.. She said no way is she going to clean the floor with the Red's wet feets tracking in and out..
We sure hope Gus is having fun without us herding those sheep...

Look at us Mom!
Louiie and Callie were checking out the lake from high up on the bank. They did manage to zoom down it and get into the water.. You just can't keep em out of the water..
I am going herding tomorrow. Not a trial it is just practice. I get to show the new dogs how sheep herding is really done.. Mom and Dad are pretty proud of me being given the title of official demonstrator.

I got it!
Mom got this picture of Louie catching the ball out of the air. Louie's world revolves around tennis balls. He is always the first one to find one in the backyard or and the lake and the last one to leave it.. He is an expert at catching them in mid air..
Of course I am good at that too.. After all I am the older Blue Man..

Happy Mom's Day!
Mom couldn't get a picture of us all looking but at least she got all three of us. We just want to say Happy Mom's Day to all our friends out there in blogger land. Mom's are the greatest. Make sure Mom gets all the treats and hugs she deserves today... Maybe even a few belly rubs would be nice..

She's got it..
The little one continues to try and get the stick from me. As you can see she finally got it.. I just let her have it being the nice Blue Man that I am..
The little pest definitely likes the water. She usually doesn't come out the entire time we are there.. Of course she doesn't bring the stick back either... We are working on that... That means you have to actually come out of the water to drop it on the shore..

Don't you dare!
The reds were fighting over that silly tennis ball at the lake. It appears the little one is saying "No Louie this is my ball now" Louie is saying "I don't think so. I am the tennis ball king." Louie always manages to find all the balls at the lake.
Well this is Dad's last weekday of being semi-retired and staying home with us. He starts his new job on Monday. I guess we won't have to start selling tennis balls on the corner..

We made it to the lake!
The day started out a little cloudy but we went to the lake anyway.. As you can see we had a great time.. Those Reds still trying to steal my stick.. I always managed to get it back in the end..
The highlight of the day was we found 4 tennis balls. Well only 3 made it home. Toph through one to far out in the lake that I refused to swim for it.. He couldn't even get the little pest to go get it. Pretty hard trying to direct a deaf dog...

She was bad!
Mom is mad at the little girl. Mom was busy on her computer and the little pest decided to drink Mom's juice and spilled it all over.. Of course it was orange juice and really sticky.. Then to top it all off she decided she would leave a little pee-mail on the floor. We don't know if she will ever get out on parole.
It is still raining here. I don't know if we will ever get to the lake..
Daisy is having a Forever Friends contest and she wants us all to post about one of our new friends.
This is how it works. We all have lots of blog friends, and often make new friends by looking at each other’s blogs. But sometimes there are so many, it’s hard to pick. So to enter our contest, we want you to put a post on your blog about one of your friends or group of friends, and why they are special.
We have decide to feature Stumpy. We just met her recently and yes she is a Heeler too.
She is one lucky pup to have rescued a great humans to call her own. She is a typical heeler all full of fun and mischief. Her mom posted that she loves to stare. We think she just want to make sure mom isn't getting into trouble..
Stop on over and introduce yourself. She would love to meet you all...

Stylin today!
We have another rainy day today so we are just watching out the window hoping for a bit of sun..
Dad said we could go to the lake if that stubborn Mr. Sun decides to come out..
The good think with all the rain everything is really green and the flowers are in bloom. Dad's garden in pots is looking really good too. He already has a little tomato on one of his plants and the beans are growing off their sticks.. His onions look like they are having a bad hair day..

Mudd Dobber!
This picture really doesn't do the damage justice but you can see a very dirty little girl.. It has been raining and raining here in Texas so our backyard is a swamp.. We just happen to be playing zoomies yesterday and we tackled the girl. Well she started it like always.. Mom quickly threw her right in the tub. Wow you should have seen the tub!!
Mom just wanted to mention that this is her 900th post. She is wants to let everyone know how much she enjoys reading everyones blogs and comments... Like other have mentioned blogging is a placed where we have met many friends from all over the world. We all are one large support team in good times and sad.. Although we have never met many of you in person we consider all of you our closest friends..
Here is mom's first post. Mom actually thinks this isn't the first post but is the last one in her long list.. No Louie no Callie but you can see I have always loved sticks and the lake..

Started Sheep Trial
I DID IT !!!
I got my first leg on "started sheep" yesterday !!!
I surprised Dad yesterday, as I took it upon myself to circle the herd and keep them tight to him, so tight the sheep were bouncing Dad around pretty hard, typically I fall along side the herd and drive them very nicely, (like in the photo) but not yesterday, I wanted to try something new !!!
Dad says it was not a pretty run by any means, but it was effective, next time I will let him know in advance as to my plans, NOT !!!!
Oh, and don't think sheep herding is always done on bright sun shiny days, it rained all day, it was a tough ride home, Dad really smelled bad.

What's in there?
Not sure what we were smelling but whatever it was it had to be good. Louie doesn't know what it is either. Mom says it smells nasty so it has to be good right?
I am up in Whitesboro at my trial. Dad send a text and said we should be home about 2. Can't wait to tell you all how it went. Dad forgot the camera so no pictures...
