We thought we should add that this is Mom and Toph's Birthday. Yepper brother Toph was born on Mom's Birthday.. She said she never worked so hard in her life but she is also glad she decided not to flush him when he was little. Mom can be so silly sometimes.
Toph send Mom some wonderful chocolate for her Birthday but needless to say us pups can NOT help her eat that yummy looking stuff.. Happy Birthday Mom and Toph... We love you both...

Yepper it is Monday again. Not much going on. We had a bit of rain this am but nothing to really to amount to much..

Lake and Heeler fun..

Yepper we made it to the lake today. We had to make sure Mom got her steps in. Man that Mom sure knows how to tire us out. We were some panting heeler's by the time we were done.

We had a pretty nice day today.. Just cool enough for a nice walk and some heeler fun in the backyard.. Mom has a hard time getting pictures at the lake with us on our leashes. Just to many people around to let us run free..

Nothing exciting planned for this weekend.. Mom said something about cleaning. Now how boring is that. Perhaps we can get to the lake just one day this weekend. After all us pups need a little break from cleaning to right?

Before we could get busy at herding those sheep Mom and Dad were busy with Lori building pens for the sheep. At one point they had to move a fence so the sheep were free in the pasture. Lori thought it better if us Heeler's spend some time in the new pens away from the sheep.. Maybe this is why we were so excited to get after them.

Callie, Mom you sure are doing a good job following those sheep.. I think I will just stay close incase you need my help..

Callie girl hasn't gotten out there with the sheep yet but she found some sheep poop to roach in.. She thought she needed to take home a little O-de-sheep.

We all were a little rusty today, this being our first time herding in a while. All of us got our running in, maybe not to much technique though. Mom said she was proud of us even though we need to slow down...
