We had a freak storm blow through last evening that cooled the temps down just a bit then. The wind really blew and knocked down a bunch of trees in the neighborhood. The poor Bradford pears sure took a beating. Luckily we didn't loose any trees..

It is just way to hot to do anything outside but work on our tanning/ blue-ing. We sure wish Fall would show up early here...

Roaching in the heat..

Gus, this is the right way Louie.. Rub your nose in the grass so you get the dry grass all over you... Be sure not to shake so all the dry grass and dirt comes in the house...
Callie, you guys can roach all you want. I got a yummy stick here.. Sticks are much more fun than roaching...
109 on the Mom's Bug on the way home today.. That is just way to hot to do anything outside...

This is me helping Dad with his stick. You know the one that lets you dig in the dirt without getting into trouble. he he Mom says I am about 1 year old here..

Nothing to report today accept it is really really really hot out there. Mom's bug said 107 on the way home. That is to HOT for any pup or human.. You would think we would get used to this being in Texas all our lives but it really isn't fun at all..

Another boring Saturday..

Louie, Mom I got my ball. I really don't want to chase it so I will just hold on to it for a while..
Nothing exciting today. Dad mowed the yard early so we got to watch him out the front window. Mom cleaned, she said something about having to vacuum up dog hair. We sure wish we knew where that other dog is. Maybe he/she would come out and play with us...
